CSUNext Level Publishing: Full-Cycle Project Management Handbook

As part of a collaborative capstone project, I helped lead the development of a comprehensive project management handbook for CSUNext Level Publishing. The project simulated a real-world engineering and publishing initiative, guiding readers through the full project lifecycle — from initiation to closure — across seven structured phases.

I contributed to scope definition, risk analysis, project scheduling, and leadership documentation. My responsibilities included creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt charts, RACI matrix, and conducting risk assessments. I also played a key role in organizing and refining handbook content to ensure it aligned with both project goals and business strategy.

This project demonstrated my ability to integrate technical execution with clear communication, cross-functional coordination, and structured documentation. It reflects my strengths in system integration, strategic planning, and delivering user-focused outcomes — foundational skills I bring to engineering management and technical marketing roles.
